Winter advice for my lady’s

They’ll be mature enough by then. :) the birds themselves will provide heat in the coop. Then read on deep litter, it will provide heat. Make sure there’s appropriate winter ventilation and you will be fine.

Most people get them off heat source by 3 to 6 weeks of age. If you haven't done so, do it now. They will be fine! Chickens have down underwear, lol.

What do you suggest I do as far as keeping the water from freezing?
 
I use a heated dog bowl here. We are further south tho....lows rarely get to single digits but it handles that.
 
Is your run covered? When you get snow they may not want to come out. So covering some or all will give them more room.
That was my first thought...and whether the roof of the run will stand up to snow load.
