hi I don't know a lot about chickens and it is getting cold so does anyone no any food or treat ideas.....I have 24 no roosters also how do you hatch eggs without roosters.....

If your girls are laying they should be on a layer feed diet. I think to give my flock scratch, cracked corn, or sunflowers in the afternoon when the days turn colder ti help with body heat and warmth. As for eggs, no rooster means no fertilized eggs, which means no hatching.

If you want to hatch eggs and do not wish to add a rooster to your flock your only option will be to purchase "hatching eggs" from someone who does have a rooster and, therefor, fertilized eggs. You can buy hatching eggs from private sellers or through many hatcheries.
