I have "built" my ducks a nice little hut for the winter, but between the boards there is a gap letting air in. I have stuffed it with hay or placed old feedbacks through it, but its not working,

And ideas for insulation besides hay?

I have ducklings due any day now as well as 3 adults, and a month+ old duckling.
The hut is made out of 2 kennels as well as long boards(3ft x 3ft and 4ft by 3 ft) for walls and a roof.

And ideas on how to improve it? Ill post pics later ( lost my phone adapter

Spray foam perhaps? If the gap is wider than spray foam would work with - perhaps you need to put up a few more boards.

How about wrapping over it with a tarp? (here its tooooo windy for that to work for us)
