Hello and welcome to BYC

You can add a little to their feed, yes. It's good for them, but remember too much of a good thing will make them fat! Especially olive oil, which is essentially fat. Don't give them too much.

Hi and welcome to BYC from northern Michigan :D

Most animals eat to satisfy their calorie (energy) requirements. If you feed them too high a fat level in their diet, they will eat less food, leading to inadequate intake of other nutrients, such as protein, calcium, and other vitamins and minerals. Packaged feeds are carefully calculated to allow birds to get all the nutrients they need based on tbe amount of food they are expected to eat.

As Sumi said, a little is not bad, but oversupplementing will lead to diet issues.
