Winter flock egg laying expectations

Hens in lay will stop production over any stress, and moving to new digs is a big stress for them!
What are your goals? They may change too over time, but right now?
I started with Belgian d'Uccle bantams, cute 'foofoo' birds, who are good broodies and lay a fair number of small (cute!) eggs. Then a mixed group of EE's, Wyandottes, Brahmas, and other dual purpose birds. Some production reds, Salmon Favorelles, Marans, and Speckled Sussex.
Wanted to raise SS, but had issues with too many human aggressive cockerels and gave it up. Love the SS hens though!
Tried some white Chanteclers, and raise some every year. Cold hardy, reasonable layers, nice big birds. Then, I have EE hens, French Marans hens, some Wyandotte hens; basically, I like dual purpose birds with smaller combs.
The production reds were nasty feather picking beasts, no more!
Salmon Favorelles, beautiful, but too mild mannered for my mixed breed flock.
SQ Ameraucanas, beautiful, very poor layers. No more.
Two years ago I ordered some bantam EEs and again, fell in love!
So right now I've got the Belgian d'Uccle flock, the bantam EE flock, Chanties, and the other standard hens. Variety is fun!
If I wanted high producing egg layers only, it would be a different group.

Yes that's correct. Any suggestions? The light is turning on around 4:30pm
Brain not functioning enough to do time zone conversions ATM...
..but as long as they are getting at least 8 hours of dark time and light duration is consistent day to day, should be good
