winter hatch

I don't measure moisture- I have home made incubator and dry hatch. 

Do you get a good hatch percentage? Do you turn the eggs?

this is what they look like when they hatch-

If I use fresh from under a hen egg I get 100%. the chick above batch was 8/9 I have also gotten fridge eggs from a friend's farm. fridge eggs don't hatch as well. but I set about 6-9 eggs at a time with my dry hatch. last year I set 9 batches and had over 45 hatch out.. so..
