My Original idea was....and DH never got around to it.....
was to take the Main flocks coop...its deep....put a wall down the middle of it....so that front part of the coop is for the main flock (big coop), and then the smaller mini coops could have access into the back part, all it would take would be an opening for them to get in on the back side and maybe some side doors for eggs. DH said it was not a good idea. I thought it was since Big Daddys flock (leghorn)...doesnt use all the coop, there only 10 of them...
this is the inside of the coop before we put the flock in and were done....see how big it is....two opening to the far right side, and a wall to divide the coops I think would work. and we dont need another coop built for the back runs...saves space also...and they have shelter.
As to the Buffs in the Play house, well they are gonna need a coop added outside the run so they can have the run to roam and move.
BUT SINCE DH DIDNT DO ALL THIS...MY FLOCKS ARE FREEZING!!!!
