I have 150 chickens 8 weeks old. I raised them free range and grass fed. I give them "grower" at sunset. I noticed that they group together in a corner and suffocate each other. What is the way to prevent more from dying?
I am new in this hobby. Any solutions?

I just answered your other thread. If the chicks bunched up and suffocated each other most likely they were trying to keep warm. It would be so much less stressful& sad if your experiments involved just a small number of animals, at a time. As you learn gradually add more. Learn all you can about a species before getting them. Please also search out advice in the various forums - the coops section, predator threads, "raising backyard chicks." etc.
