We've had three months of 120 degrees, and it finally dropped to the upper 90's last week, which was great, but this western wind has dropped us to the 60's. So to go from the 120's to 65 in less than two weeks is a little startling. Especially because we're still wearing clothes for 110 degree weather! (There are no clothes for 120 degree weather.) I don't have booties for the kids, much less sweatpants. Once we get to the store to buy some, we'll have adapted to the temps or it will warm back up!

Been blowing a gale here all day... and my heating boiler died on Wednesday..... this house is so cold... temp outside 12 degrees... darn cold.... engineer still not turned up to fix boiler.... will have to get my fur coat out soon.....
