NOT AN ENTRY (Even though there’s snow in the photo it was not taken in winter… so that’s cheating!)

My family and I did a road trip (IN MAY) and spent a few days in Yellowstone. We were literally greeted with snow for the first day or so, and then it got really hot the rest of the time. Crazy stuff!

This is Old Faithful in the snow, which is just a really cool blessing that not all people ever get to see…. I just want to share it!

Anytime! I am fortunate to have been born, raised and currently living here. The beach for me is a year round place as being with nature is my therapy lol!

Rules:
Four entries per member. One photo per post, please.

  2. An entry is one winter-themed photo.
  3. No domestic poultry allowed. Domestic poultry photos may be entered in the Winter on the Farm Photo Contest.
  4. Images that have been resized might be disqualified if they are too small to judge.
  5. No screenshots, watermarks, date stamps, text, etc., on the photo. No collages.
  6. The photo needs to have been taken by you.
  7. You cannot use a photo that won an award in another BYC-sponsored contest.
  8. High-quality images are recommended. Basic editing, such as cropping and other subtle changes, are allowed.
  9. ALL photos MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
  10. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
  11. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
  12. Entries will be accepted through February 28th, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
