The weather this year has been wacko....yesterday was beautiful, sunny, and 75 - today it is freezing, and alternating between rain, sleet and snow. Now we have a winter weather advisory for the next 2 days - after that it doesn't skip a beat and is supposed to be right back into the 60's on Monday......

Gocrow, we're right here with you. We're enjoying (since we're not going outside!) an everchanging panorama out our window overlooking the pond out back: snowball-fall, sleet, rain, showery snow, you name it, all blowing sideways with the north wind. Yuck! Tuesday and Wednesday may be springlike days, let's hope:) Poor hens...they must be so tired of cold wet feet. ~G

Yup, you are pretty close there in Ashland! I hate winter and would like my nice warmish weather back please. Now I am glad I hadn't taken away ALL of the heat lamps from the girls, they still have two in each coop, but geez it's COLD out there today!!

It was beautiful yesterday and nice as well. Today it was cold and windy, cooped up in the house again!

Hurry up Spring! Today IS Spring!

Yes, this is the scene here in Mo on the first day of Spring
