I have a lone male Sebastopol goose that literally we just moved outside this week. He's almost 6 months old. We've looked high and low for another goose preferably female so he wouldn't be lonely, especially with winter coming up, to no avail.
I hate the fact that he's alone and I try to spend as much time outside with him as I can but I'm worried about him being alone all winter long.
Should I just bring him inside for the winter or should I let him "tough it out" for the winter outside alone?
I can't put him in with my ducks, he doesn't get along with them at all.
What would you guys do??
We plan on getting more geese in the spring so he'll have more friends then.
