Winterizing a coop

Thank You everyone for the suggestions. The girls are doing well, no rain and direct wind into their henhouse. I've drilled 1" holes on the very top of the henhouse covered with chicken wire to offer more ventilation so I can close the doors and not worry about their safety and health.

You might want to consider starting a new thread in the Coops and Runs Forum and include lots of pictures of your coop inside and out.
1" holes offer very little in ventilation.
