Wireless Supplemental Light Option?

My chicks are 20 weeks and haven't started laying yet. What, if anything, do you use to add supplemental light in the fall? I am looking for wireless solar options but cant find any that wont be on all night. I only want a few hours of light. I live in the city in southern california and have 3 hens. thanks for the help!
