In WI the Dept of agriculture stated that 5 counties now have record HPAI in wold birds and recommends moving stock indoors. MN shut down all exhibitions and markets with livestock for the month of April.

This is our first year. Are you concerned? Is there something I should be doing?

My run (in Ohio) is covered, and fenced, however wild birds can still get into it. We have purchased a 100’ roll of heavy duty deer fence (black 1” openings) and attached it to the roof structure to hang down (using thin boards bc the plastic can rip). It is a low cost way to cover chain link or wide openings. We have most of it covered, but not all. We have the material, just need to get the last bit up.
