Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I get to call around to dentists today. Last night my 6 yr old daughter cracked her tooth. She kept saying it was loose, so I looked at it. Her canine is cracked from the gum, up over the top and back down the other side. There was blood coming out of it. I'm so glad she slept though the night because she said it hurt and was throbbing. I have the feeling this is going to be expensive and traumatic.

Good Morning! Yup Cindy the painting went very well. Totally different room.

The print that I covered can best be described as " parlor print". It was pretty bad! Remembered yesterday that I have to do mop board before moving on to the second B'room.

But before that I'm putting in the ductwork for the wood stove. It was already making me sweat up there despite all the insulation I've layed down. Warm roof. Have to agree with CC. Those chickens are just wrong, need to be put down and buried deep somewhere. BBP baby tooth or perm? JJ the prob with enlarging mams is that you can look at them but can't touch.

Bf4me sounds like you've been doing a lot of laundry, hope it passes soon! Lots of cute babies, that sucks! I was thinking the same thing Dan, want to put some dirt turnin implement on to enjoy the smell of fresh earth! Have 3+ cord of wood left have been burning the kindling row during the day. Sure doen't take much to heat the house when the temp is over 30. No kindling row next year will just mix some in. Said that last year and didn't memer till I filled in the row.

Going to start hauling the wood I bought from Donny now that the living room is done. Push Push Push!

Good morning. The sap is finally going into the bucket! At least I think it's sap...with all that ouring rain it could just as well be water!

I will probably boil that down and will get one of those tiny little jars of syrup!
Lots of road trips coming up in the next few days. Today is the only day that I will be staying home. I have much to do too. really dont know what happened to this house since I straightened it last week! There is stuff EVERYWHERE! With a stay at home job I should be able to keep on top of it dontcha think? Oh yeah, I keep getting interrupted every 2 minutes. LOL! It sure is fun though...I am really sharpening up my coloring skills!

I think the coffee is done...I tried to drink what was left from yesterday...couldnt do it! Too yucky! Well, have a great day everyone! Later! TerriOlookingforsunshine

(PS) JJ I wonder what a 1-2 chicken coop looks like? LOL.

My older son gets the pleasure of driving us. Beaver dam is maybe an hour away. Not sure as I rarely go anyplace, but it's nice to have a guilted chauffeur. Oh he's a good boy and will do almost anything for his mother. Anything except take care of the animals. He did enough of that when he lived at home. Alex saw the pics and you know what his response was. MINE. I think he better start doing many many

I will be in bd for the swap! Bright and early lol I have to go there for my dog cc lass at 9 anyway :) what time do you plan?

What's happening in Beaver Dam on Sunday?  Can anyone give me some details?  Thanks!

I went last year. I wound up with 2 chickies for sydney, a puppy for blake, and a bunny for myself! Hubby got a lighter wallet ;-)
Id say yes! There was a lot of 4h kiddos there selling chickies, if you still need girls, id say their good kids to support!!!!!

Oh wow- I really need to learn to go to bed at night! Went to bed at 1:30 and up at 6. Usually I can handle it, but I cannot keep my eyes open this morning.
Temps/humidity are doing great, so I am breathing a little easier for now.
Need some advice on the water that is standing in the chicken run. The problem is that my little pony lives/sleeps on the one side of the run, and it has 6in of standing water in it. The goats sleep under the coop and it is not too wet under there, so I just put down more straw for them. We have added a fence since this pic, so we keep the doors of the run open and the chickens free range inside and outside the fence. I walked the pony up to the machine shed where it is dry, but I am worried that he will be lonely with no companions. Anyone have any suggestions on how to dry out the run, and anything I can do to keep it that way?

The pony sleeps on the right. The goats sleep underneath

The chicks are doing great- almost 6 weeks now. I'll have to take a picture of the one. He/she looks like a dinosaur to me!
