Hi again---still havent been outside...OTP with my obnoxious friend that talks and talks and talks and I dont have to say ANYTHING! (which you all know kills me!)

I think Bittersweet has underground runners and that is how it travels...it kind of reminds me of Trumpet Vine that way. You need to get a female plant then you can sell it in your store. It is very expensive when you buy it in a shop! Free inventory!

I had something else to say but that phone call just about did me in! I am headed out now before it rings again!
I will say that it is gorgeous out there and I wish there was someone near who could pop over for a nice winter horse ride! It is just no fun going by yourself!

Snowy Morning All...just finished cleaning up the snow after the plow went through. Gonna be a long winter it's lookin like.

Congrats on the wild turkey success TO...yep the legs and thighs make wonderful soup too. We never waste the wonderful meat. Some folks just can't cook wild game the right way...what a shame to waste perfectly good meat...in my opinion. Waste not, Want not.

Thanks to da bears we are still alive to make the playoffs. They really were spanked by the running game....hope we can do the same to them next week. We were so close to a win...gulldarnit.

Below 0 again tonight...is it Spring yet?

good early afternoon,

I did go to Marathon, and I did go on the new section of cth O.. that was the worst stretch of road I drove on; unplowed, slushy and slippery.... I came home a different way..
tough drive going.. snowy or foggy,, hardly no visibility.. coming home the sun was out..

picked up 6 bags of ground oats and corn.. that should last me until next year..

when I got home, just for sh!ts and giggles, I hit the starter on the tractor.. It popped right off.. so I dusted the snow off of Ollie and did some long overdue plowing.. Now just watch, we will get dumped on and I will have to plow again..
tell me again,, why do we live here in Wisconsin ?? just for the two seasons ?? winter and road work ..

Hi all...feeling sicker by the minute...I wanted to have some beef roast with grits 'n gravy tonight...not hungry. Man I hate being sick! But maybe I will be sick enough to stay home tomorrow....

Got a call from a client that wants me to ride along to the airport when they head to Florida in January. She wants me to come along so I can tell her son (the one that nearly attacked me) the way to the airport. (he doesnt listen to her) Ah no...I told her I would be happy to take them to the airport but I am NOT riding with him...I will drive--they will ride. I have the day off; I guess I couldnt resist the temptation of making easy $$$! Ya know, it will buy 3 bags of chicken food!

I am kinda sick of thinking about buying chicken food. My birds are eating so much...7-13 eggs a day--not paying the bills for sure! If I sold every single egg I would still be putting $30 a week into them! I cant wait to get the "end of the year" summary from the mill. They break down all the food by kind and month. It makes me depressed every year...and also makes me make the vow that NEXT YEAR I will keep track of it all!

I think it might be time for NyQuil...Maybe 15 hours of sleep will cure me?

A terri, I hope you fell better as soon as the gettogether is all over with the in-laws ;-)

Del, be careful with all of that shoveling. I am grateful scott added a plow to the 4-wheeler. Brownie has been doing a lot of diggi g through the snow. Even tho we give him a pile of hay. Scott plowed half of the yard for him lololol. And he doesn't lime horses ;-)

All of the baby bunnies are gone home for the holidays except one. The girl wants to get him the week after xmas. But also was sapposed to send half down. That was over a week ago. No biggy. He will go quick if she backs out. Water has not been froze through lately. The outdoor animals enjoy that for sure! Kids have been awesome chore helpers lately... with Christmas morning right around the corner!
