Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Cool...I remember that now about protecting your livestock. Although when it was a bobcat here, the DNR said no way, no how. I guess it all depends on the status of the culprit.

Time for blacklist...gotta go.

How is way out east rock county tonight?

Not to add to the mink weasel confussion, BUT... I have seen Fishers run across the road in my headlights near me down here, so you might want to look at this wiki link for comparing to what you saw.

You are safe.

Fisher sometimes get confused for cougars, especially when in their short summer coats. Learn how to avoid mistaken identity. In Wisconsin, a special permit is required to harvest a fisher.

Now I found this statement interesting...I guess I cant see how this could happen between a weasel type critter and a big cat type critter...weird.

OK I have to go out and lock up...and then hit the hay! Looking forward to the warmer temps for sure! Nighties! TerriO

That link comes up as a blank page bl4....
