I got the p u truck all ready to go get the brake fixed in the morning. the back brakes work, so I shouldn't have any
problems.
I will take all back roads ..

lost a chicken today, she was feeling poorly for a couple of days. Old age I think .

the goose is holding tight to her nest. other than the 3 eggs I gave to her, IDK how many more she has.
she didn't make a very fancy nest. but other birds hatch eggs right on the ground.

its Corey. My pigs have a littlest case of the diarrhea. Think it's the change in food and the move and all that good stuff. The two seem to have put on a few pounds since I got them but I almost think one of them looks smaller than Saturday. I think he was being run off the foood by the bigger brutes. I put another food dish in there and it seems to have solved being run off. We shall see what the next couple days bring. I'm still gonna call the vet tomorrow just to ask a few pig health questions

be concerned, but don't panic yet.
little pigs' siht is slightly runny at times.
the vet might suggest Kaopectate. ask him.

Back from a long hiatus. Hope all are well- will be keeping up for a while at least, hopefully!

Hi from WI! We got our first hens almost three weeks ago, 2 Easter Eggers, 1 Buff Orpington, and 1 Barred Rock. They're just so cute! It's hard to believe how much they've grown in such a short time! I'm happy to find such a good resource to learn more about our new girls!

If milk replacer is mixed on the strong side cw, it will cause the runs.... baby pigs can be a challenge till they become a few weeks older....good luck.
