I had a few comments but cannot think of them right now..

I have a car that we don't drive very much that I have to move today.. It is blocking my way to the lumber pile that is buried in the snow.. the computer in the car keeps running, so now I am certain the battery will be dead.. there is no less than a foot of snow on top of the car.. after I brush it all off, that will be a whole other plowing job..

this is what I hate about winter projects,, one job creates three other jobs before it..

I have fertile Del eggs, but they are not segregated, so it could be any one of the 5 roosters..

once I get this pen finished, then I will start segregating birds..

I am going to put the peacocks and a trio of red bourbon turkeys in it.. then I think there will be room for my barred rock roo and a few of his hens..

then I will whack about 3 roosters .. and separate the Dels into one of the 4 x 10 pens..

we are still getting a couple of goose eggs per day.. maybe there will be room in the big pen for a pair of them also..

I should go and get another load of these racks.. I could stand to have about 3 of these large pens..

what am I saying ?? I want to cut my flock DOWN !!! somebody shoot me, quick !!!!

I think pancakes for breakfast sounds good..

I had to add I agree with BBP about the swap pages. It is also frustrating when the same person is claiming and offering for an entire day, tying up the swap with the same stuff over and over. It really ticks me off. But at least it keeps me from swapping too much.

Wow unkadin!!! It all sounds soooooooo confusing.... I have never bred a chicken... no plans to soon. Really I'm trying to make sure I get some good ones now, incase I do someday... mainly I'm looking for nice ones for my kids to have for 4h someday. I'm thinking since you guys think Foley is good lines, I'd like to go to them directly. I wonder if you have the means to direct me...the for all the advice! Also, do you know if they have blrw's?
Good day here! The ladies have been out all morning! It's sunny and 26!!!!! They needed some treats for coaxing lol. But when don't they need treats;-)

Am I the only one who remembers Terri at the bash, flying out of the kitchen yelling with a chef's knife in her hands? And someone is going to let her watch their kids?!!!!!

I know you will do a great job. I would let you watch my kids (they are big enough to get a LOT of work done for you).

Just lounging with the 1K kitty(actually, the last cat was over that, this one is not even close yet). Every time I give him a feeding he konks out.... he is all wrapped up nice and warm.
