put up 65 pints of peaches today and bagged up 40 pounds of blueberries and got 38 of them in the freezer.

The local bulk foods country store takes orders for lugs of blueberries 10 pounds for 21.50

They called again today about picking up our berries and peaches by mistake.

They do buy extra to sell in the store. I could check for you.

The corn comes from a family that grows produce to sell at farmers markets. Their corn is amazing 4.00 a dozen

how's the swelling?

Swelling has actually been down for a few days, what I thought was swelling all along was the Thrush eating away at the inside of my mouth. It's so bad that its spread to the cracks of my mouth and outside on the one side. I sure like the med they give me though, it instantly numbs and soothes. I can only hope this will now be the road to recovery! The one yesterday at ER was a licensed MD, urgent care is a Nurse Practicioner(sp).

Tasia I'm glad you finally decided to join the group, their are so many nice informative people here. I'm sure glad we decided to keep Jack, he's going to turn out to be one nice looking roo. I have never seen a chicken with his coloring before, now if only we can get it to throw in some chicks! Something to work on for next year.
