No, to test my birds and anyone around my area that needs as their are 8 testers in my county alone and couldn't get a **** one to come test me. Had to have someone come 3 hours away, cost me $180 to find out they tested wrong and cost me another $150 to be tested the right way. Not happening this year. I would of done the seminar last year but the baby was too young so missed it.

I am tempted on the buckeyes, but really can't do it at this time. I don't even have the coop built yet. Before I get something that valuable, I want to get some hatchery birds and make sure the birds are safe from predation.

Sunny and cold this morning. Sitting at -6 right now. That little bit of a breeze doesn't help, but it is cold out there.

The pup is really wound up, I need to figure out how to break his nipping habit, my hands are just tore up. He has also found his bark and has been practicing on the cats. Poor kitties.

I broke my pup of that by holding his snout (mouth shut, of course!), looking him in the eye and sternly saying "no biting" every time he put his teeth into me. It didn't take long for him to stop. Now, when he starts playing and forgets about keeping his teeth to himself all I have to say is "no biting" and he quickly shakes himself off and calms down.

Longgggg time ago spent a summer working at the research station. Do a lot of work in that area.

Used to be a fellow that did a lot of chick sales that lived near the research station. Have not seen any of his
ads for awhile.

Sorry about the sick dog, what a nightmare.

My method of training to not bite is to grab the moth when the dog is biting, with the hand that is getting bitten. A few times of having their jaw pinched usually fixes the issue.

Yes, straight there and back. Going to be a long night as it is. I believe Danette is meeting me in Cadott and she's coming from Cushing so maybe she could pick you up on her way thru.
