Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Z, it was always the plan to move out of town. We are looking for 5+ acres with a pole barn/workshop, and enough garage space so I can finally park my car inside. We are not relocating until we he school year is over (they have 6 weeks left and it does not make sense to uproot them).

Just getting the house ready to sell now..... massive purging effort underway......

Always my favorite part of moving, the purge.

Moved a piece of clear plastic that blew off one of my low tunnels onto the grass during the storm. Acted like a mini greenhouse where it landed and I have one patch of green in all the brown grass now so the hens were very appreciative. 14 days to chick day...
However, if someone knows of a location that is selling chicks we could pick up next week, I would take the kids and do that. It is spring break and that would be fun for them.

A friend emptied his garage contents into the hayloft area of our barn. He sold his house on the west side of WI and is moving to the Green Bay area. We figured it was easier than him trying find another storage unit to store the junk in. I think I counted 6 bicycles, 3 wood pallets, and 4 grills the last time I was in there. lol!

Yep Jim, I hope the local wild ones hang around a while yet...my goal is to call one for my oldest daughter. This will be her second year of hunting the fickle birds.

Good luck finding your little piece of paradise bl4.

They roast up really well cs...I still have 2 that are headed for the pot yet.

Venzun veggie soup tonight with ho-made rolls......almost soup type weather we are having, aint it.
