Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I think Jim might be looking for goslings, but a train to get them North would be in order.

I don't use the weave, however I think it would help the indeterminate varieties most and both varieties would work. My cages with only 12 plants provide more than I can use....I love to keep things easy peasy, or easier if it's possible.

that' right,,, and that's right..

I could use some geese...

and the Florida weave can be used on both varieties of tomato plants.

kind of too chilly for shorts and a tee shirt today.. but it sure felt nice..

corey, did the guy take the potato digger ? was it a working model, or a lawn ornament ?

......jiminwisc......

He took the digger. It seemed to he at about 75 percent functional. He's gonna buy a few and make one perfect one for an organic farm operation down the road a few miles. Super nice guy. Now the other guy coming to check out the truck didn't leave with the truck. He seems really interested but we shall see

It has been so busy since the bash...... had the youngest DD's graduation part this weekend, so happy that is over with!

Jim, if you need a goose train let me know.

Still trying to find a house..... I hope we find something soon. The commute north with no end in sight is getting old.....

Looking forward to our vacation in a few weeks; heading to the U. P. for a week to check out the natural landscape... :)

good morning,
corey, the guy looking at the truck is just trying to make you nervous so you will lower your price.
as I type, Annie just told me that a large hawk is circling above the garage. maybe it is a young eagle.
no matter, the chickens are still in the coop. only a few roosters roaming the yard.
anyhow, Zeke is laying out there..

......jiminwisc.......

Yeah I stood pretty firm on my price. I don't need to sell it so I'm not desperate by any means. You saying that about the hawk reminds me, on Saturday there were 11 hawks at various heights circling over my house. I never seen so many at once. Bet my girls were pittin their shants.

good afternoon,
I finally got at cutting the grass/weeds
between the nut trees. GS picked up the dead wood for me. got quite a pile of it along the driveway.
it started raining just as I was almost done. I finished in the rain as long as there was no lightning.
the rest of the grass really needs cutting again.
I have a couple of small spots that need some seed scattered. as soon as I plant the grass seed, anybody want to bet that it will stop raining ?

Just took down my first coop. Gonna make a nice fire. And I listed my calf hutch in Craigslist too. It's in rough shape but serves the purpose. We'll see how much bs response I get on that. I'm pretty much open to anything because I got it for the right price.
