Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I wish I enjoyed snow as much as dogs do.
today I want to remove the snow away from the house
that slid off of the roof. the sun doesn't shine on the
north side. I don't want a snow bank there into July..
I also want to get into the shop and get a final measurement
of the table saw stand. then I can cut the pieces for the rolling base.
we got some more snow last night. no sun this morning, yet..
Yeah, I did the same the other day when it was still cold and the ground hadn't started melting yet and used my tractor with the bucket and moved the snow from roof raking the run and dog kennel and moved it out and over to the hillside out of the back yard

Next year after I roof rake, I'll use the mule and plow it away each time.
Will be a much better plan
And besides, I love playing with my toys :celebrate

same here. every gravy recipe I tried from youtube
or online turned out to be so bland. just like unflavored
white sauce.. I am going to keep trying..
A relative use to have a really good recipe for Thanksgiving i think it was taking the turkey juice and putting in like a chicken or turkey flavoring cube. I have the recipe, but cant find it anywhere. Ive never tried it with the biscuits if i find it ill let you know.

Not that i've made good sausage gravy and biscuits but I do know that the key is that once you brown the sausage you ad flour and mix together, and DO NOT drain the grease! Best to use whole milk / half and half, season to taste.
And Iv'e never made baking powder biscuts.
I've traveled all over this country by motorcycle and for breakfast I always have biscuits and gravy!
It's probably one of those meals. I'll never try to make for myself again but if someone made it for me I'd be the first to the table.😛

I order biscuits and gravy often when I go to a new
restaurant , One good place was on hwy 13 in Dorchester.
west side of the road.
I have seen so many different seasonings suggested.
I have tried many of them. some were a disaster ..
I tried Jimmy Dean sausage. that was the worst, so far.
