I am TOTALLY putting knobs on it if I can find some.

I have a 4x10 brooder outside that they will move into when they start outgrowing this one. Just have to get it heated up a for a couple days before they make the move.

Hubby just got deployed for work. He is heading out to Connecticut to run some insurance claims due to all the snow and ice. I am staying home this trip, because we got the chicks coming, and we are short on cash this winter for the dog to be boarded for an unknown length of time. So his brother is going with him to learn the ropes since he just got his adjusters license.

So our 3rd anniversary will be spent alone with my critters..... Because I'm sure he will still be gone on the 9th.

I'm a breeder that is starting out in the 'Poultry World'! I would like to raise both Standard and Bantam Cochins! If anyone has any advice or tips I'd LOVE to hear them! Also I am going to be looking for a chicken coop or shed to buy if anyone knows of one.

Hello all! Been busy, so have been lurking when I can and trying to keep up but you guys are really chatty. School is a pain in my you know what this semester. It's not hard, just a lot to do in a week. I just keep telling myself that I only have 6 more months and then I'm done. Raimnel- I'm getting my MA online. I've been a CNA for about 10years now and I love it, only thing is that I don't think I'll be physically able to do it when I get older. So I thought that getting my MA and working in a clinic would be a better option. Maybe someday I'll go on to be a RN, but I really don't want the paper work. DH of course wants me to, because of the money. As far as a job that will let you keep hours with your kids, I've been in homecare and they are really flexible with your hours.
