Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Bigzi that is very interesting. I know what the Lamona is made up of but didnt know that it was called a composite breed.

Is it google earth FT? I went to the county plot place IDK what its called and got a print out of my place from the air. .

I have been into chickens for only 5 years. The more I know the less I know. Used to think I knew a lot about chickens. :

Oh my goodness, you guys are chatty! And I have to admit when words are spelled wrong it drives me nuts. And when I discover I've spelled something wrong and posted it I am mortified. I don't even abbreviate in text messages. I should have been an editor or an English teacher. My poor husband has brain damage and a learning disability and cannot spell.
Prolly and Venzun are the worst! So everytime you type one of those you get the satisfaction of knowing you're driving me nuts

And I probably won't be eating venison.

Ok, this has to stop, this is the fourth time I'm attempting to Post and I hit two keys at once and it all vanishes !!! I figured out it is when I hit The Shift key and ???? other key at the same time.

Anyway, I'll have to type slower, I try to type as fast as I talk, not a good thing !!!

We've had chickens a bit over two years. We started out with about 20 total. Buff Orpingtons (BO), Barred Rocks (BR), Rhode Island Reds (RIR)

They were DH's chickens. I really didn't want them. Then I found a free Silkie Rooster on Craigs List and the rest is history !!!

I got a real nice chicken breed book (I'll have to find the title) and got hooked !!! Now I have well over 100 chickens.

Ok, I'm sending this off so I don't lose it.

Tiki, send me those links to pull up the properties ok.

Gotta go get dinner ready, Dh will be home soon.

Be back later

This link should work. To the right just under the "5", look for the square house surrounded by trees. You will see a field to the south, that is my fenceline. Move the map up (north) and you will see a field with a line of Christmas trees next to another field. That next field is my fence line. I have a nice road for a truck going through pines that cannot be seen from the aerial map. Maybe you can see my photos on my facebook page too
