Wisdom needed! Mycoplasma issue here...

We purchased 6 chickens from a local farm and within ten days 2 died. The rest I have nursed back to semi-good health. They are eating and drinking normally and their eyes seem like they have cleared. Over the course of this I received an order of baby chicks. My concern is once they are old enough how do I bring them together without getting the babies sick? Please advise. Thank you!

how are they acting sick if they are eating and drinking normal?

If they have a strain of Mycoplasma I have been told that they will always be a carrier. I am asking for advise to bring the chicks into the flock when they are old enough.
