Eeeks I'm so nervous. But I have put off this "repair" for long enough. I don't think he'll have any reason to go in the back yard, but I'm so nervous if he does. Our landlord, the home owner is stationed who knows where, we have zero contact with him. Met him once. The property manager is his buddy, and I've only met him once, and that was to do a quick walk through. They don't bother us, we don't bother them lol. Our dogs are all on the lease, but not the chicks, especially since I am pretty sure they're not allowed in the city we live in on the property size... Nervous!
