Witch kind of Rooster am I?

I just got a Rooster for my ladies ... he costed me 3 dollars at the local farm !
They told me he was an Araucana mix, but look at those waddles ...
He has grey/green legs and copper in the black of his feathers.
He is around 15 weeks old.

He is quarantained now but seems to have a very docile disposition, could anyone help me to figure out what he is?

sorry I can't help with breed but boy that is a huge comb!!! Hope someone else can help
