I woke up before the girls today, to get a head start...As I was making coffee I swore I heard what I thought was my cat (Mrs. Catz) meowing at the back door to be let in, so I stop and go to let her in, except it’s not her....it’s my cream legbar Lotus telling me that Mamosa my older bielefelder was laying an egg. She sung until she was done, then Omanita my middle aged bielefelder went in to lay so Lotus sang and sang, then Lotus went in and sat for a while but no song...and no egg 
My husband laughed at me all morning. I was so embarrassed trying to play some soft indie music over the loud fielders grisly songs. I’m in the suburbs so when my fielders start their songs....they sound like roosters....just went and checked....All that singing...and all that going back and forth...only one egg. I swear they know when they sing I give them treats to make them hush down sometimes 
I think I’m being played.
