I just got a new chicks Saturday. They all twitch their heads frequently. There is one that is extremely wobbly. I have only seen it come out with the others for food and water a couple of times. I have been assisting it to make sure it's eating and drinking. It almost falls over when it tips it's head back while drinking. I talked to a lady I got them from when I got home and noticed the twitching of the heads. She said he didn't notice anything except them eating and drinking prior to leaving (of course). So I didn't bother mentioning the other chick. After doing some research I'm fairly certain it's a vitamin deficiency. Does anyone have experience with this? What product is my best option?

I would buy some poultry vitamins, I usually use the durvet brand. Electrolytes in her water may help perk her up. both of these items can be purchased at your local feedstore.

In less than five minutes of posting this, the chick passed away. I put electrolytes and vitamins in the water but didn't know if there was a more concentrated form I could give.
