Wobbly chicken

I have a young chicken. She's about 5 months old.

Shes wobbly when she stands and she has pretty bad diarrhea.

She still eats and drinks, she's still alert and active.

Just when she stands still she's wobbly.
I checked to see if I can feel an egg inside but I can't. And I have checked her for mites or lice and I don't see any.

She's in my main coop with many other birds and no one else is affected. Just her.

She's been healthy until now.

What can I do? What do you think it is?

I would give her some Poultry NutriDrench 2 ml orally or another source of electrolytes, and make sure that she is drinking well. Dehydration can cause those symptoms. Hopefully it isn’t something more serious. Continue to observe her behavior. If she is separating herself from others or not roosting, that can be a sign that she is sick. Check her crop early in the morning to see if her crop has emptied overnight.
