Wobbly feet

Please help!

I need your help on my 3 week old chick, she is one of four who is not doing very good. She hardly walks, maybe two steps at the most, and very wobbly at that. yesterday I separated her from the flock, I gave her some Electrolytes, and added some almonds to her food. But still having issues walking. I am worried, poor thing. I need suggestions from my chicken family.

hmm! also noticed something else, her tail is way up, in comparison to the others.

A vitamin deficiency is possible. Get some polyvisol infant vitamins (without iron), and give a few drops to her every day. I know that Vitamin B deficiency can cause trouble walking and paralyisis.
