Chirping

Hi -
I have two silkie chicks that are showing odd symptoms.
Chick #1 is almost 8 weeks old - for about 10 days now, its head is wobbly, spinning a bit to the side, a little unstable on its feet when it happens but otherwise good, almost like it has bouts of vertigo/dizziness. These bouts happen every couple of minutes I'd say. The feathers on its head have been wet at some point, I assume from the fermented mash I give them, but I could be wrong. Eats good, crop feels normal, empties good at night, stool is normal, acts normal between bouts of dizziness. See video at the 2:07 mark (we can see the wobble a bit).
Chick #2 is only a week old, symptoms started 2 days ago. Head is spinning more than chick #1, and when it tries to flee, it bounces around/runs in circles. Eats good, crop feels normal, stool is normal, active chick otherwise. See video around the 0:28 mark for a bit of the head wobble, and again at the 0:48 mark for the wobble/spinning in circles. Note that it is chirping because I turned off the heat lamp so the video would be clear. It doesn't chirp like this usually. It was getting chilled.
Both chicks were in separate pens, but close together; the pen with chick #1 had about 30 other chicks of various breeds with it (there are a few other young silkies in there), while chick #2 had about 15 with it (various breeds as well, with two other silkies of the same age). No other chick has symptoms at all. None have been outside either, all chicks have been purchased as hatching eggs and hatched here (they haven't been in contact with other birds), so I doubt this could be Marek's from my understanding of how it's transmitted. I'm not quite sure how it could be ear mites if they haven't been in contact with other birds or outside, I haven't looked into that much to be honest.
Right now, both chicks have been separated from the rest as of yesterday and are together in quarantine. I'm giving them Nutridrench drops and they have some in their water too.
Has anyone ever experienced this? What could cause this and how can I help them?
