I have white rock hen that's about 3 months old that is acting a bit strange. She is walking and eating and drinking, but she is wobbly and shaky. Almost like she is intoxicated or has Parkinson's. Just strange. Any ideas????

If she is lethargic and having diarrhea, it could be coccidiosis. Mareks disease can cause balance problems, and weakness of a leg or wing. Was she vaccinated for Mareks? Corid (amprollium) is the treatment for coccidiosis. Here is some reading:

Maybe I am a bad chicken mom but we didn't vaccinate any of our chickens. I don't know if she is having diarrhea. She is walking around out in the run with all the rest, pecking and eating dirt and grass. She will come up to me and let me pet on her. She just seems kinda shaky and wobbly. Could she have eaten something weird?? I've looked and I don't see anything odd in the yard.
