Wobbly legged, twitchy bantam cochin cockerels

Have read many accounts... Mareks, vitamin issues, maybe other neurological problems? One frizzle displayed symptoms earlier than the other black roo. Same age, different stock. Black roo's sibling is larger and exhibits no symptoms. All chicks have been on starter food supplemented with pellets, grit and veggies at this point. I will proceed with vitamins first - but the off balanced, tip-toed walking seems to be such a puzzling symptom on the forums... any help would be appreciated. The guys are isolated now, but are missing their family
