Kyle got on his horse and headed to town. He wanted to report what he had just discovered at the cabin.
The cabin had been occupied by a family with two small children. Their bodies were still lying in the floor when Kyle found them. He noticed that a wolf pack had been there but left the bodies untouched. He wanted to know why but could find the answer at the cabin so he headed to town to find someone who knew the family.

Kira watched as Song woke. The wolf had been near death when she had found her and it had taken a while for her to recover. Kira looked around her cabin, checking everything as she had been taught to.
