"Addie growled softly but listened to what Thorn had to say"Well I had just broken away from the battle when I heard a yelps in the distance.I followed them to the scene of Shard and Raven fighting.He had pinned her down and was going for her throat but I quickly leaped at him and bit into his neck.It was easy to overpower him because of the wounds he had already.I had no choice but to kill him.I could tell Raven was sad and she said she must honor her father by mourning over his death.I said not to waste her time.but she insisted after everything he had put her through,which believe me was a lot."He finished and looked at Zara,waiting for her response.
