Dusty and Bramble dragged a fawn into the apprentice den,trying to get it out of the rain so they could eat.Droplets spattered the ground in the iceclan camp and harsh wind blew over head,rattling the trees.Dusty and Bramble quickened their pace when they heard thunder.

Isra and kerry went to get a rabbit from the fresh kill pile, running to the apprentice den. "Come on Rosie, join us" Kerry called

Rosie sighed "Ok!"She called back and ran across camp to the apprentice den.When she got there she shook the water from her pelt and crawled inside. She laid down beside her brother who was sharing the fawn with Dusty.

Raven snapped at Zena,"I thought you said he was going to protect me from danger?" she pointed to Shard laying on his back, basking in the sun. Shard replied, "I only protect you from the things that kill you." Raven said,"Moss was going to kill me!" Shard smiled,"But she didn't." The misty forest disappeared and Raven awoke to thunder and rain.
