Darkhowl nodded in agreement. The starting had ready came, snow was slowly coming. Darkhowl quickly howled to call the rest of the clan to help prepar camp and the dens. The healer den and training hollow had a slight crack. Rocket fixed the healer den, then fixed the training hollow.

Dawn and Shadow helped the others then headed to their dens to sleep.

"I don't need protecting!"Ash snapped"And she isn't here now,so there's nothing stopping you!"He challenged stepping forward.Leaf backed up inti the bushes, afraid of what would happen next if Shard met Ash's challenge.

Thorn nodded"Ok,I'll carry the deer if you want to carry the rabbit."He said and began dragging the deer back.

Addie sniffed the air,checking if Koda was around and searching for any scent of Raven and Thorn.She was getting anxious.

Shard grinned darkly,"It looks like you pups need an early lesson that life is always near death in my presence."
Ghost grabbed Ash's tail and said,"Back down! Don't fight him."

Raven nodded and picked the rabbit up.

Zara led the group out of the territories and the soon past the gorge and came upon a charred and burnt forest. Koda couldn't help but say,"Wow. This is cool."

Shard grinned darkly,"It looks like you pups need an early lesson that life is always near death in my presence."
Ghost grabbed Ash's tail and said,"Back down! Don't fight him."

Raven nodded and picked the rabbit up.

Ash growled"He needs to learn not to mess with us!Our mother killed him and yet he still hasn't learned.Someone needs to put him in his place!"He declared.
Leaf slowly stepped forward to stand beside Ash"Just leave us alone and there won't be any trouble."She said as calmly as she could.

Addie whipped her head around"Did you guys here something?"She asked glancing back at Zara and the others.

Ash growled"He needs to learn not to mess with us!Our mother killed him and yet he still hasn't learned.Someone needs to put him in his place!"He declared.

Raven trotted ahead of Thorn. The den was nearing.

Zara said,"I guess I wasn't hearing things. I would say we should check it out but I need to know if they are alive."
Koda froze and quickly hid in a bush.

Shard looked down at Leaf and said,"Your the ones who came to me! I should...." he was broke off when Zena appeared and snapped,"Shard!" and leaped at him and pinned him. She said,"Leave them alone. They didn't do anything." He growled at her and pushed her off.

Raven trotted ahead of Thorn. The den was nearing.

Zara said,"I guess I wasn't hearing things. I would say we should check it out but I need to know if they are alive."
Koda froze and quickly hid in a bush.

"Who are you?!"Leaf asked"How many ghosts know us?!"By this point she was practically having a panic attack.She couldn't see what was happening and she knew if a fight started she would be helpless.
Ash stood in front of her to protect her"Just leave us alone."He growled at Shard,his eyes blazing with anger.

Thorn sniffed the air for the pups by the strong scent of the deer ge was carrying blocked out his senses.

Addie heard rustling in a bush"Come out!"She commanded,a low growl in her voice as if she was facing a unknown intruder.

The snow storm begin. In a minute. The wolves paw, if it went the wole way deep and disappeared in snow, it was still feeling snow beneath, it was that thick snow. Darkhowl started to look for large game. They needed to hunt since food was scarce but turned back to her den. She curled up.

"Who are you?!"Leaf asked"How many ghosts know us?!"By this point she was practically having a panic attack.She couldn't see what was happening and she knew if a fight started she would be helpless.
Ash stood in front of her to protect her"Just leave us alone."He growled at Shard,his eyes blazing with anger.

Koda crawled out of the bush towards her afraid that he would get his pelt skinned if he stayed hidden.

Ash was watching the fight in confusion"Yeah..ok."He replied and turned away."This is just getting too weird."
Leaf nodded in agreement and began slinking into the bushes,not wanting to be noticed by Shard or Zena.

Thorn sighed"Why am I not surprised?"He muttered

Addie pretended to look surprised and let her fur lie flat in not to startle the pup"What are you doing here?I told you to stay in camp!"She scolded
