"As you may have learned, my name is Mage. The others are Blaze, Flint, Carh, and of course Alpha. I know this clan looks pitiful and hopeless, but it's not. I've lived in the Outsiders the longest. Longer than Alpha and I've seen this clan rise many times and hold that position for a long time until Sunclan came," she spat the name. "This clan was equally even with our clan but lacked one thing: me. It sounds like I'm giving credit to myself, but it's true. I came with the winning battle plan. Anyways back to the point. I will give a little background information about each wolf and maybe tell you a good majority about the clan later. But before I continue, are you willing to be in a clan that's brutal and kill other wolves?"

Rylen walked around, thinking. He wondered how he would find his brother, and if his brother would forgive him.

"No. It's a code. See when Alpha is about to bring new members in, he asks them to give something important up. Sometimes the loner doesn't want to but still asks to join. To prevent others to find about this clan and for our enjoyment he agrees and brings the loner back. So when he would enter we would growl and he will give a tail flick 'saying this wolf was one of us' but an ear flicked meant,'kill this wolf now'," Mage said.
