When they reached the pond Doe checked the water before getting a drink, then moved to the river to check it. She backed away a step and snorted then reached forward to sniff at it again, gingerly touching her tongue to the river water. She stared at Rosie "It's clear" She said in surprise. She looked upriver to the mountain, wondering
