Leaf curled up next to Onyx so they could talk"So do you think Shard's a ghost?"She asked in a whisper.
Ash sighed and reluctantly curled up to sleep.

Onyx replied,"I don't know. It doesn't make sense though because mother said he was gone forever and said she knew he was dead."He didn't want to think Shard was a ghost but was leaning towards it.
Raven looked at each pup and fell asleep.

Ghost peeked her eye opened to make sure her parents were asleep. True to her name, she snuck out of the cave barely making a sound. She hoped to find the truth and see Starling.

Leaf nodded"Tomorrow we'll go to the river and find out."She said.She noticed Ghost had left but didn't mention it,she knew Ghost could probably take care of herself.

Ghost headed to where Shard said to meet. She called out,"Shard!" He appeared from behind a bush and said,"Yes?" Ghost gulped,"Is it true?" Shard quickly thought of something. He saw the pups with the iceclan pups and noticed how she and Starling were. He said,"You want me to take you to Iceclan? Sure!" He wanted to avoid that question at all cost for now and quickly picked her up before she could say anything. Ghost stayed quiet. She knew he was hiding something and thought best to come back with her siblings to persuade him for the truth. Shard quickly headed towards Iceclan.

Shard began to slow down and put Ghost down. He said,"Keep going foward and he should be in camp."
Ghost nodded and walked forward towards the camp. Shard disappeared.
