Star looked at him. Rain walked in to him and fell asleep. Star and Moon did the same. " Good night Lila." He muttered.

" Claw, come on to my den." Star walked over there. The moss was almost gone.
" I am going to get more moss, let me tell Moon." Star said. She walked away. " Moon! We need to get moss, just saying." Star walked away as Moon twitched his ear.

Moon fell asleep. Star had come back with bedding and was sleeping also. Everything was quiet.

Lila woke up suddenly in the middle of the night. She quietly got up and went outside the den. Snowflakes whirled around her as she stepped in the fresh layer of snow. She knew she should go back in the den, but something beckoned her further out. She soon found herself in the forest away from the den site. Lila stopped and looked around. She saw a white blur dash past her and the sight made her bristle. She growled,"Who's there?" There was no response and she studied her surroundings even more carefully. She whipped her back and saw a wolf running at her. The wolf leaped on her back and bite her neck. Lila woke up with a jolt and was breathing heavily. She looked around and saw she was still in the den. She reassured herself in a barely audible whisper,"It was only a dream." She rested her head on her paws and closed her eyes.
