Star was awake. " Keme…" She groaned. Her head was on the floor, she did not have energy to lift it up. " If I die.." Her words stopped as her breathing slowed again. 

Keme stood up when she spoke. He touched her for the first time, his muzzle on her neck, though he was unable to answer
