Arrow started eating the elks leg again, but as soon as he swolloed it felt a sharp pain in his chest. He closed his eyes, hoping Nova wouldn't notice

Kreme decided it wasn't worth following the wolves trail, so stopped and started trotting back to his den

Usually Nova was very vigilant and noticed things in an instant, but because of the bear, her focuse was more on the surrounding forest.

(Can Pike eat up with Keme soon? You know, partners in crime XD)

Nova only saw a glimpse of him sitting down. She looked over at him and something looked wrong. She walked towards him.

Pike walked on his usual trail to a small stream to get a drink. His stomach rumbled for food but he ignored it.

Night walked along the shore, then found some broken ice. He lapped up some water.

Arrow watched the others eating, breathing slowly and painfully

Keme got halfway to his den, when he heard a wolf not to far away. He growled softly to himself, but didn't move toward it
