Moon was far away. He was up in a tree and his scent was covered with snow. He was also covered, and was freezing. His teeth sometimes chattered and  stopped. 

Lila headed a bit farther from the den site and called,"Moon!"

Moon was farther than that. He shivered. A gust of wind came by.

Lila continued to trudge through the snow. She couldn't find his scent. She sighed and continued and then suddenly Ivy appeared and said,"I don't know why you are wasting you time searching for him. Clearly he likes Thunderbird. Anyways, what kind of mate just runs off like that or just disappear?" Lila said,"Do you know the term go away?" Ivy said,"What if I told you were he was?" Lila stopped and looked at her and said,"You know where he is?" Ivy shrugged,"No but if you remember I was the greatest tracker in our old pack." Lila thought about it and said,"Fine. Lead the way.

Moon saw Lila and Ivy pass underneath him.

Thunderbird followed at a distance after Lila and Ivy, being careful not to be spotted or smelled out. She stopped under the tree that Moon was in and sniffed. She looked up. "Moon!" She exclaimed.
