Won’t stand

I walked outside and noticed all my chickens were out except my Buff Orpington. When I went out she did come out, but wasn’t walking well. More like hobbled and very low to the ground. I went into to feed them and I picked her up and would set her down and she would only stand for a second before laying back down. She’s all fluffed up and her crop/stomach area may be a bit bigger or it may just be because she looks more fluffed up. She did eat and drink some still. I unfortunately have to work all day. I’m hoping she will be okay until I get home. Any ideas?

Pictures would be helpful. How old is she? Does she lay eggs normally? Did you feel her crop to see if it was hard or puffy? I would check it again later today, and then in the early mornings before she eats to feel if it is emptying, or impacted or sour. What are the poops and their color looking like? Reproductive disorders can affect the walking. Is she on a balanced layer or all flock feed?
