Was at my aunts funeral a few years back and my Cousins older sister and I were laughing and how Coleen and I thought we were dogs. My cousins Boyfriend over heard our conversation and looked at me like we were nuts so told him to watch out or I'll start chewing on his pant leg...:lau...:gig....:woot

How I ended up with Wilson was unfortunate circumstances...:rolleyes:
I bought a Sheltie from this lady and the puppy died in 24 hours. She was going to return my money and when I showed up she pulled this 3 month old pup out to show me and stupid me took him. He was unsocialzed, fearful and could bite like a wolf...:hmm..He was a terrible handful. Although we never gave up and with consistency he is a great old boy at 10 years old...
 
My one Australian shepherd was 3 months when I got her and she was never socialized. She was very fearful initially, but I turned her around thankfully.

We also once got an Alaskan husky that was 5 months old. She never left her pen either before we got her. She was a real mess with fear, and separation anxiety. There's a real good reason pups should go to new homes by 3 months with 8 weeks being the best for them to adapt.

Wilson is a very lucky dog that you took him. :)

Yes...Wilson was a handful and bit a few people too. He definitely was meant to be our Dog. :hugs
I'm glad you never gave up either on your misunderstood Pups either...:hugs
